So tonight i am flying back to England for the first time in nearly six months. Im looking forward to seeing my family. I have started making arangements to meet up with as many friends and people i have worked with in the past. I hope i will have chance to watch some performances of past performers of my events too though it depends on how long i am in the UK and at present i really done know how long that is going to be. Its a shame that i havent had the opurtunity to get involved or see any events here in Canada as of yet but when i come back i hope i will get that chance. During my stay here i spoke to number of people including David Langstroth former bass player for the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, you may want to look at some of the work he has been up to with the Rhapsody Quintet. I also missed the chance to go to the Atlantic Jazz Festival saying that jazz isnt really my thing… but as i said when i come back i look forward to getting my hands stuck in and finding out whats going on locally. You dont need to worry i have no plans on producing the Nova Scotia Variety Performance lol. Anyway time to get my skates on catch you on the other side of the pond.
